3.1 One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on winph.com. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. winph.com is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winph.com Login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify winph.com immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. winph.com will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). winph.com is required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all players. You agree to provide any documentation requested by winph.com for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (SSS card, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.5 Account Closure. winph.com reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any violation of these Terms. In such cases, winph.com may withhold any balance pending investigation.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on winph.com are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). winph.com does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency of any kind.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. winph.com accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit card. winph.com does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for specific payment methods are displayed on the deposit page and may be updated from time to time.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. winph.com targets processing of GCash withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes and bank transfer withdrawals within one (1) business day, though actual processing times may vary due to factors outside winph.com's control.
4.5 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page. winph.com reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months is considered dormant. winph.com may charge a monthly dormancy fee of ₱100 on dormant accounts after the dormancy period. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Dormancy fees will not reduce an account balance below zero.
5.1 General. winph.com may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only. Real-money funds in your account are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to Section 4.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. winph.com employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome ("arbitrage"), and exploiting errors in bonus terms. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, all bonuses forfeited, and any winnings derived from abusive play voided.
5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
5.5 winph.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect players who have already opted into the promotion and are actively meeting its requirements.
6.1 You agree not to use winph.com for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

7.3 The winph.com name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of winph.com. You may not use these marks without the prior written consent of winph.com.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who self-exclude agree not to attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts or using another person's account. 9.3 winph.com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winph.com account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude winph.com's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
10.1 winph.com reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, winph.com will provide at least seven (7) days' notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification before the changes take effect.
10.2 Your continued use of the winph.com platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
11.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to winph.com's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a written complaint to winph.com support and allow up to thirty (30) days for resolution before pursuing any other remedy.
11.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
11.4 winph.com operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. Players may also refer unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
